Salle des Promotions
La salle des Promotions has a surface area of 392 m2 (4,232 sq. ft.). Its immaculate walls and countless ornaments give it a prestigious and timeless cachet. It can accommodate up to 240 people for a banquet and up to 320 people for a cocktail reception (with less furniture). Very comfortable and bright, La salle des Promotions is air-conditioned by geothermy.
It is equipped with a modular stage with a maximum area of 12 ft X 24 ft. Sound system, giant screen, projection and LED lighting are among the equipments offered. A grand piano can also be provided. Four dressing rooms located behind the stage can accommodate M-Cs, artists or VIPs.
Mezzanine![]()
The 213 m2 (2177 sq. ft.) mezzanine surrounds la salle des Promotions . Two alcoves can be set up for serving cocktails or snacks. The mezzanine offers a breathtaking view of the venue as well as the Port of Québec, the Côte de Beaupré, the Quartier Latin, the Château Frontenac and the majestic St. Lawrence River.
Foyer![]()
The foyer is a multifunctional space that can be declined in several ways. Separated in its centre by the access hallway, it can be divided by two accordion walls or be laid out as a large open area.
On one side, a 78 m2 (819 sq. ft.) room can be used as a private meeting room, workshop area, lunch break or snack area. On the other side, a fully equipped room is available for caterers. In the second section of the foyer, you will find stainless steel counters with sinks, a large capacity refrigerator, an ice machine and a commercial oven for banquet service.
Grand salon![]()
Le Grand Salon is an independent rental space from la salle des Promotions. The large windows offer a soothing light and the original parquet flooring is the signature feature of a place with an exceptional cachet.
Located in the pavillon Camille-Roy, this venue is perfect for meetings and trainings to complement your large-scale events. The surface area of le Grand Salon is 133 m2 (1 395 sq. ft).
